Dash.BI does NOT store data from our customers. The data that feeds their dashboards is published in a Power BI Embedded capacity provisioned on their own Azure tenant.

We have two mechanisms: via authentication with Login ID (Active Directory) for internal users of the organization and directly with username and password in the Dash.BI portal for external users.

Yes, via online synchronization we get your existing workspaces and in Dash.BI you can organize, group and rename them as required.

Yes, with Dash.BI you can customize colors, logos, messages, among others, so that your internal and external users have a unique user experience.

Dash.BI is a SaaS platform used by several of our customers globally. Both existing and new features benefit all platform users. We can evaluate your requirement and if it can add value to our customers and aligns with the product objectives, we will implement it as soon as possible.

Dash.BI is the mechanism to visualize your Power BI dashboards and distribute them massively and securely. If you stop using our platform, you will not lose your data, nor your dashboards, however, you will have to find or develop your own dashboard visualization mechanism compatible with Power BI Embedded.

Not at the moment. We only visualize dashboards that use Power BI technology.

Yes, for this you must migrate your reports to Power BI Service and most of them will be displayed in Dash.BI with a user experience similar to that of Power BI.

1 week. We will walk you through the process, which requires only access to some credentials from your Azure and Power BI ecosystem, understanding of the use of your Dashboards and start configuring the way you are going to distribute them in Dash.BI.

Fees and payment

We will calculate the value of the proportional subscription until the end of the month in the form of monthly payments or in case you have contracts for 1 year or more.

15% for one shot sales and 10% for subscriptions.

We do not currently support this payment method. Credit card only.

From the date of cancellation, you will no longer have access to the platform. In case of annual contracts, there will be no refund of your payment. In any case, your specific configurations will be available for 30 days after your cancellation, after this time, we will permanently delete everything.

No. Dash.BI is a SaaS platform designed for the self-service of our customers so that they have total control. It is very easy to administer and use. We will teach you through an onboarding session and access to multimedia documentation, how to use it on your own.
